Purifymug Intellectual Property Policy

DMCA Notice Requirements:

Action on DMCA Notices:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Purifymug will promptly investigate the complaint and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing content. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our policy.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification within 10 business days. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your contact information: name, address, email, and phone number.
• A description of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notice.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Trademark Infringement Claims:

If you believe that content on our site infringes your trademark, please send us:

• Details of the trademark claimed to have been infringed.
• The list of countries where the trademark is registered.
• Your trademark registration number.
• A scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate or a screenshot of the registration.
• A statement of good faith belief that the use of the trademark described is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
